Tokyo, Japan / Fremont, CA, USA – August 13, 2003 –ACCESS (Tokyo Stock Exchange: 4813), a global provider of mobile content delivery and access technologies, today announced that its NetFront® v3.0 browser has been nominated by Pocket PC magazine for an annual Best Software Award in the “Internet Browsers and Web Utilities” category.

The 2003 results will be announced on October 22 in conjunction with the Pocket PC Summit and CTIA Wireless IT and Entertainment conference in Las Vegas. The winners will appear in the January 2004 issue of Pocket PC magazine.

NetFront v3.0 is the latest version of the most widely deployed and actively used embedded Web browser in the world, powering approximately 250 million devices. It is a modular, WAP 2.0-compliant embedded browser that supports a wide variety of non-PC Internet devices ranging from mobile phones and PDAs to automobile telematics systems.
