Next-generation technology improves website browsing from mobile handsets
Tokyo, Japan, October 16, 2007 – ACCESS CO., LTD., a global provider of advanced software technologies to the mobile and beyond-PC markets, today announced NetFront™ Transcoder, a new Web-to-mobile content adaptation server technology that enables end users to browse any Web site from any mobile device. NetFront Transcoder, based on ACCESS’ award-winning NetFront™ Browser engine for mobile handsets and information appliances, will be marketed worldwide.
NetFront Transcoder will be available this November as a test service, with full roll out worldwide expected to take place in May 2008.
